Babies are getting so big and Im a little worried

I cant believe that my son is already 6 months old and an amazing 22 pounds. Before long he will be crawling, walking , talking.. I think its time to slow down. There just isnt enough time to enjoy everything...Easter is coming up and Im so excited to see my little girl in her home sewn easter dress... Im a little concerned about her though because I seen a blood blister type thing inside her cheek. On the side with her hemangioma... I am defianally emailing the doctor today... I thought we were seeing progress... I feel like we are taking a step back ugh... I guess we will see.
